Shipping Policy
Pura Vida is committed to ship you the freshest coffee possible. We strive to ship all items on the next business day after you place your order and follow as closely as possible a “roast to order” model. If an item is out of stock and the delay in shipping will be more than 3 business days, we will notify you of the delay to determine what action you would like us to take.
To keep costs as low as possible, all items are shipped UPS Ground unless you select expedited shipping during the check-out process.
Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit card payments are processed using secure transmission (SSLA Secured 128 bit) and we are Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliant.
Return Policy
Our goal at Pura Vida Coffee is to provide our customers the best possible service and we will do whatever we can to make sure you are satisfied with our products. If you receive an incorrect item or there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service department toll free at 1-877-469-1431, send a fax to 206-328-2284 or send an e-mail to creategood@puravidacoffee.com. Our return policy is as follows:
- If the product is defective or shipped in error, Pura Vida will issue a credit for the original product and shipping costs or will be pleased to process and ship a new order with replacement product at no additional cost to the customer.
- If the customer doesn’t like the product, Pura Vida will provide an internal credit (equal to the cost of the product in question) that can be used toward the purchase of a different Pura Vida product. Pura Vida will pay for the cost to ship the replacement product. No credit will be given for the original cost of shipping. The credit must be used within 30 days.

No returns or refunds will be provided if a customer orders too much product.

All personal information entered in our web retail store (name, address, e-mail, telephone, credit card number) is maintained in a secure web environment. Your data will not be shared with any other company or organization. It is only used to process your order and to periodically send out information about Pura Vida and the projects that we are working on.
